At this stage, we just need a few details:

• Your contact information (name, phone, email, address)
• A brief description of your project
• A convenient time for your free site check

✅ Step 2: Site Check

Our site checks are quick and easy. We’ll visit your property, discuss your project,
review fence styles and material options, and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll also measure the fence line to prepare an accurate estimate. Most site checks
take approximately 30 minutes.

✅ Step 3: Estimate

After your site check, our team will prepare a free estimate and send it to you for review.
If everything looks good and you’re ready to move forward, simply contact us and we’ll begin
the next steps of your project.

✅ Step 4: Contract & Deposit

Once you approve the estimate, we’ll prepare an official contract and deposit invoice.
In most cases, the deposit covers material costs and disposal fees, or approximately 50% of the project total.
We’ll email the documents for easy electronic review and signature. After receiving the signed contract and deposit,
we’ll schedule a project start date that works for your schedule.

✅ Step 5: Installation

Our crew will arrive on-site ready to begin your project. We typically meet with you on the first morning
for a quick walkthrough to confirm layout, design details, and expectations. We take pride in delivering
high-quality workmanship, professionalism, clear communication, and dependable service throughout the installation process.
Most residential fence projects are completed within 2 to 5 days depending on project size and complexity.

✅ Step 6: Final Walkthrough

Once your project is complete, we’ll perform a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations,
answer any remaining questions, and finalize the project.
